We sometimes eat when we’re feeling low, stressed or simply bored but this doesn’t mean that we always eat what our bodies need. As a result we may be carrying more weight than we really want to.
I steer away from ‘shoulds’, but if there are any ‘shoulds’ then we ‘should’ be able to be happy and comfortable with whatever weight we are. But I understand as a Nutritionist who’s worked in behaviour change for many years that this isn’t always easy. It’s one of the reasons that I run this course.
If you’ve struggled to maintain your weight or find it hard to stay motivated to have a healthy weight, then this may be for you.
This is not a straight forward weight management course. It’s more about showing you how your body works and practical ways to lose weight whilst supporting yourself with nourishing nutrients.
During this 10 week course which consists of 5-taught session and 5 sessions done at home. You’ll join a small supportive group where you’ll:
Gain an understanding of how the body and digestive system work and how this affects your weight
Gain a structure, tips and strategies on what you can do to support your weight long term
Get support to address barriers and issues that may have prevented you from succeeding in losing weight in the past
