Walks vary in terrain and distance – mostly under 2 miles please check if this week is pram friendly as many are not.
We focus on physical and mental health and well-being of parents and their children. Giving you nature-based play prompts to continue your experience (and their development) through the week and calming you in a child friendly guided meditation. This is far more than “just a walk”!
Run by Nurse Health Coach Rachel, Adventurer Charlotte (therapy dog Leo’s mum) and Teacher Elizabeth, these walks are designed to help you learn how to be the parent you want to be, bond with your baby and make friendships with peers.
We offer a “no one size fits all” approach to help you relax into your own wisdom when it comes to looking after your baby. We help you find calm, care and compassion for yourself. Fill your cup with a dose of nature and restore your soul, even if you’re sleep deprived and not sure which way the nappy goes on, and especially if you looked for the mute button on your bundle of joy. We can help guide you to resilience and trust in yourself that you will be the best parent for your little ones.
We also have the added benefit of current training in sleep and baby wearing and have weathered many a storm such as issues with allergies, crying, colic,, breastfeeding, weaning and cloth nappies so we can point you in the right direction.
