Join Kelsey at Longdon Village Hall from 19:15 – 20:45 on the 13th, 20th & 27th of June and the 4th & 11th of July as we explore “the menopause”. This course looks to prepare and support women to manage symptoms of “the menopause” with lifestyle choices and yoga. Each week we explore a different topic/group of symptoms all of which will affect effect yourself and the relationships that you have with others.
Week 1 – Menorage
Week 2 – Sleep
Week 3 – Hot Flushes / Night Sweats
Week 4 – Anxiety, overwhelm and brain fog
Week 5 – Low mood, heart and bone health
The course includes 7.5 hours of live class time, access to a member page, an online recording of yoga sequences to support symptoms for you to revisit at home and a option to join a Facebook page.
